I still have the folder where a kid is being chased by a dragon and he is rock climbing. I'm pretty positive its from the same line shown here. The words NO FEAR are inside the folder. The No Fear cooperation was started in the 90's so I'd say they are the same ones who did the folders. I wish Mead kept some record of their old products. My dragon one is kinda beat up but I'd love to find another one for memory sake.
